My name is Lisa Correu and I can help. I'm a writer who is also a consumer. I know how I want to be reached but I also have insight into how others want to be reached. I'm also one of those people who irritatingly and usefully know a little bit about a lot of stuff. This makes me a great resource, a problem solver, and a broad thinker.

You can't hit a nail with an A-bomb and you can't compel a consumer by pandering, assuming a relationship where there is none, and you can't do it by making them feel bad about themselves.

Consumers want to solve their problems, spend wisely, find a friend, look nice, and eat well. Customer engagement is the new customer service.
